TRAFFiGARD is a decorative, liquid-applied membrane of heavy-bodied acrylic polymer gel. It is reinforced with fibre glass mat during application for maximum strength and durability. TRAFFIGARD is used to waterproof as well as to decorate old and new roofs. It also seals joints and cracks' to give roofs a seamless and mildly textured finish.
It can be applied over virtually all fully supported substrates, including concrete, waterproof plywood, asbestos cement and even existing membranes and built-up roofing.
TRAFFIGARD can be used over roofs with trapped moisture, by incorporating vents in the total system. This enables water vapour to escape, thus keeping the substrate dry.

NURAPLAN waterproofing products are reinforced PVC-based materials, specially formulated to waterproof roofs, decks, patios, gutters, tanks, ponds, tunnels, channels and roof gardens.
NURAPLAN can be used either exposed or concealed under tiles or a layer of concrete.
NURAPLAN membranes can be loosely laid or mechanically fixed.
NURAPLAN membranes are reinforced with a special mesh to prevent dimensional changes during application or when the product ages. They are strong, tough, light-weight and of the highest quality.
NURAPLAN is supplied in roll form, thereby reducing the number of joints in installing the membrane. During application, the joints are welded together using an automatic welding machine. Welded joints are superior to . glued joints and will not open up, providing superior performance over membranes whose joints can only be glued.

The Daku Extensive Roof Garden system is a unique way of putting back the greenery into the surrounding by converting the rooftop of buildings and multi storey car parks into roof gardens.
Roof gardens provide many environmental benefits, including reduced urban heat by reducing roof surface temperatures, as well as improve air quality and energy-savings through reduced air-conditioning requirements. They have also been used as part of an effective storm-water management strategy in low-lying and flood prone areas.
Extensive roof gardens means that special dry resistant plants (normally those that do not grow tall and aie used as ground cover) are planted over a thin layer of special roof garden substrate (not soil) coupled with rainwater collection elements. This result in very low or no maintenance work for roof gardens.
A traditional roof garden usually requires frequent maintenance including watering the plants with a resource which many countries can barely afford - potable water. |
